  • Mark spent 21 years at JLL where he was an International Director and CEO of the East European business. Going on to join Regus/IWG, he ran the company’s global development programme, before founding Trust Estates, an investment and advisory business, and Valeo Europe, a vertically integrated developer and operator of purpose-built student housing across Western Europe.

    Mark went on to found Land&Co, delivering UK social impact projects. Land&Co delivered over 500 new homes for vulnerable adults, deploying ESG capital in the process, and forming a joint venture fund with institutional capital partners.

    Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector, covering business management, investment, master planning, development, finance and asset management.

    Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

  • Ben previously worked at Regus/IWG, where over a 4-year period, he helped open 1,800 new centres internationally. Key to enabling that growth, the landlord & tenant relationship had to be evolved into an owner/operator partnership, requiring changes to the leasing strategy and valuation principles.

    He then joined Land&Co as Group Managing Director where his role was transactional and investor focussed. He delivered social housing projects in the UK, with responsibility for capital investment, funding, development, operations and exits. Within the Group, he also established a new housing association and a joint venture fund with ESG capital partners.

    Ben has over 13 years’ experience in the property sector.

  • Andrew spent his early career at DTZ in London and Paris before moving to Moscow. He then spent 18 years in Russia, where he held senior positions with TIME Construction (later Mott MacDonald) and Prologis, focusing on development and fund management. Moving into direct investment and development with Hines, he was Managing Director with responsibility for the company’s activities in Russia.

    After returning to the UK, Andrew joined Land&Co as Managing Director of its Development Management business, delivering the Group’s social housing projects.

    Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector, having worked in advisory, investment and development across Europe.

    Andrew is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

  • Judith started her career with NatWest Bank, where she spent 13 years before setting up her own accountancy business. Re-entering the corporate world in the commercial vehicle sector, she held the position of Group Finance Director, before moving into the exhibition sector as Finance Director for a North-West UK based exhibition company.

    Judith then joined Land & Co as Group Finance Director, with responsibility for supervising all financial transactions and reporting activities, including oversight of the joint venture fund accounting services.

    Judith has over 40 years’ experience in finance and has held senior financial roles in various UK sectors.

    Judith is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
